BFL Junior

Bible learning designed specifically for young hearts and minds.

Client: In-house brand (BibleFunLand Studios) Services: Product Design, Web Development Live at: junior.biblefunland.com

The Challenge

BibleFunLand's flagship platform served all ages, but parents and kids ministry leaders wanted something built specifically for children — not a scaled-down adult experience. Young learners need bigger touch targets, simpler navigation, brighter visuals, and content paced for shorter attention spans.

The goal was a standalone kids brand that felt fun and safe while teaching Scripture with integrity.

Our Approach

We researched how children ages 4–12 interact with learning apps — then designed BFL Junior around discovery, play, and reward loops that reinforce biblical learning without gimmicks.

  • Age-appropriate information architecture
  • Colorful, character-driven visual language
  • Parent-trusted content curation
  • Responsive design for tablets and phones
Before
Kids used the general BibleFunLand platform with UI not optimized for young learners. Parents wanted a dedicated, kid-safe environment with content designed for their children's developmental stage.

What Changed After Launch

Young learners now have a dedicated space tuned to their age — bigger touch targets, simpler navigation, and content paced for shorter attention spans. Parents get a platform they trust for daily Bible learning, separate from the all-ages BibleFunLand experience. Kids engage more because the interface speaks their language.
